1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier services.
- Outlying and rural areas may take longer.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by us.
Delays & Liability
- We use trusted courier partners, but delivery times may vary due to strikes, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.
- Anavah Wellness is not liable for late deliveries caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist you in resolving delivery issues.
2. Returns Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You notify us of your intention to return within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used supplements.
- Personal wellness items or products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
- Custom-prepared or special-order items.
Return Process
- Email us at info@anavah.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and courier details.
- Once received, products will be inspected before approval of refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return courier fees.
3. Refund Policy
Conditions for Refunds
- Refunds are only issued once returned items are inspected and approved.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened or used consumable products.
- Products returned after the 7-day return window.
- Delivery and courier fees (except in cases of defective or incorrect products).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Order Cancellations

- If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (see above).
5. Consumer Protection
This policy is guided by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which gives you the right to:
- Return defective or unsafe goods.
- Receive a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable.
- Cancel certain transactions within 7 days of receiving goods when purchased online (cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002).
